Anthony Brown is a writer and K-12 reading educator living in Detroit, where he is pursuing his Ph.D. in English at Wayne State University. A former managing editor of the Beloit Fiction Journal, his short stories have appeared in Storm Cellar Quarterly and Malasaña. Off the clock, he enjoys hanging out at Affirmations, a queer community center serving Southeast Michigan.
